Absolutely stunning! I just picked up my framed flowers from Timeless Moments. It was well worth the wait! I gave them flowers, photos, and jewelry and they put together a real work of art. The arrangement is perfection. They were an absolute delight to work with and I can't wait to hang my framed flowers on the wall.

I agree with the many bad reviews for Timeless Moments. We were married in October 2021, dropped flowers off 10/18/21 for a shadowbox. It took 3+ years to complete. I called several times, was told it was COVID related. Delay after delay, we finally got our flowers on 3/5/2025. I asked for a discount on the remaining $320 ($640 total) owed to compensate for the delay. Nope. My advice to whomever it is writing the owner responses, which are snarky and defiant at best - become a better communicator and follow through on promised timeframe of work. Relying on COVID as an excuse, 3 years down the road, is not acceptable. Provide honest scope/timeframe of the work and commit to it, and if you miss your targets, communicate better and maybe even compensate your customers. You had my $320 for 3+ years...time value of money is a real thing. EDIT: The flowers and arrangement are good quality, and do look very nice. Just expected a little more communication from them.

This place is amazing! If you have flowers that you want preserved, this is the place She also does charms for necklaces and bracelets. Thank you so much for doing such a great job. I appreciate all of you!

Word of advice… find another way to preserve your wedding bouquet! I dropped my bouquet and husband’s boutonnière the Monday after our wedding (11/01/21) as requested. We were wanting my bouquet in a shadow box and the boutonnière in resin to make a ring holder. They said it would be a year to complete. Then the story started changing…. My photos got delayed so I was unable to submit photos of my bouquet on our wedding day until March, which was on me. However when I called to check on my order the following October, they said it would be summer. I called that summer and they informed me that they have 18 months from the time photos are submitted to complete the order. Finally, nearing the end of October this year, two years after the wedding, I started calling and emailing until they told me it was finally ready. Today I went and picked it up and the bouquet looks nice (that is the only reason I gave one star) but the resin ring holder looks TERRIBLE!!!! They did not use the flowers that my husband wore that day, they just took two from my bouquet that do not even match and put them in there. It’s been 8 years since I’ve had Linda at Timeless Moments create a piece for me. And once again she didn’t disappoint!! I absolutely LOVE my framed piece and jewelry pieces from my nieces wedding!! I can’t wait to surprise her!! Thank you Linda for the professionalism and creating such breathtaking art!!
